A Salem City Bed and Breakfast Zoning Change measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of Salem which is in Columbiana County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 2,694 (67.86%)Approveda
  • NO 1,276 (32.14%)[1]

This measure sought to allow for the re-zoning of Bed and Breakfasts in the city so that they will be designated as R-2 and R-3 areas instead of what they are allowed in now, RD and RA areas.[2]
