Salem City Recreational and Library Levy Measures, 2 (May 2010)
There were two Salem City Levy Measures on the May 4 ballot in Columbiana County for voters in the city of Salem.
The first Salem measure sought to renew the $1 per $1,000 of assessed value of property in the city for a further five years in order to help pay for recreational services provided by the city.

- NO 658 (28.34%)[1]
The second Salem measure sought to add $1.25 per $1,000 of assessed value of property in the city to the current property tax in order to help pay for library services provided by the city.[2]
- YES 2,451 (70.8%)
