Sally Cauble was a former member of the Kansas State Board of Education representing District 5. A Republican, Cauble was first elected in 2006 and was re-elected in 2010 and 2014. Cauble did not file to run for re-election in 2018.

Biography

After her graduation from Southwestern College, Cauble began her career as a teacher, where she was active in Kansas and Tennessee. Cauble spent eight years on the Liberal Board of Education and nine years on the Southwestern College Board of Trustees. She has also spent time on the Interstate Migrant Education Council as the representative from Kansas and on the steering committee of the Education Commission of the States.[1]

Cauble was first elected to the state board in 2006 and was re-elected in 2010 and 2014. In her time on the board, Cauble served as its vice-chair. She did not file for re-election in 2018.[1]
