Sally Turner
Sally Turner (Republican Party) is a member of the Illinois State Senate, representing District 44. She assumed office on January 25, 2021. Her current term ends on January 13, 2027.
Turner (Republican Party) is running for re-election to the Illinois State Senate to represent District 44. She declared candidacy for the Republican primary scheduled on March 17, 2026.[source]
Republican county chairs of Logan, McLean, Menard, Sangamon, and Tazewell counties appointed Turner to the Illinois State Senate in January 2021. She replaced Bill Brady (R), who resigned on December 31, 2020.[1][2]
Biography
Sally Turner earned a degree from the University of Illinois and an M.A. in organizational leadership from Lincoln Christian University. Turner's career experience includes working as a juvenile probation officer, as a clerk and recorder with Logan County, and owning Sally Turner Government Consulting.[3][4]
