Sam Bateman
Sam Bateman was a judge for Department 1 of the Henderson Township Justice Court in Nevada. Bateman assumed office on January 2, 2017. Bateman left office in 2023.
Bateman won re-election for judge of the Henderson Township Justice Court in Nevada outright in the primary on June 12, 2018, after the general election was canceled.
Batemen is a former member of the Henderson City Council in Nevada, representing Ward 4 from 2011 to 2016.[1]
Biography
Bateman holds a B.S. in economics from the University of Utah and a J.D. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. His professional experience includes working as a deputy district attorney for Clark County, Nevada.[1]

2015
The city of Henderson, Nevada, was initially scheduled to hold elections for city council on June 2, 2015. A primary took place on April 7, 2015. Because one candidate received more than 50 percent of the vote in the primary election, the general election was called off. The filing deadline for candidates who wished to run in this election was February 5, 2015. Three of the four city council seats were up for election.[2]
In the primary election for Ward 4, incumbent Sam Bateman defeated Derek Uehara and Tristan Galicia.[3][4]
