Sam D. Pendino was a judge of the 13th Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. In 2008, he ran unopposed and was re-elected to another six-year term, which was to have ended on January 5, 2015. However, Pendino retired from the court in December 2013.[1][2]

Education

Pendino received his undergraduate degree from Stetson University and his J.D. degree (1970) from Cumberland School of Law.[3]
