Sam W. Arnold III was a 2014 candidate for the Harrison, Nicholas, Pendleton and Robertson Counties Family Court of the 18th Judicial Circuit, which presides over Harrison, Nicholas, Pendleton, and Robertson counties in Kentucky.[1]

Arnold ran for election to the 18th Judicial Circuit.
Primary: He was successful in the primary on May 20, 2014, receiving 25.0 percent of the vote. He competed against incumbent Judge Barbara L. Paul, Heather Fryman, and Eric Tedder.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 28.9 percent of the vote. He competed against Heather Fryman.

Education
Arnold received his undergraduate degree from Kentucky Wesleyan College and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law.[3]
Career
At the time of his candidacy, Arnold worked at his own law practice in Cynthiana, Kentucky.[4]
