Samuel D. Hester is a former justice of the Oneida County Supreme Court in the 5th Judicial District of New York. He was elected to this position in 2003 and presided at the courthousein Rome, NY. He retired in 2011, due to reaching the age of mandatory retirement (70).[1][2][3]
Education
Hester received his J.D. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.[2]
