Samuel Mandelbaum
Samuel Mandelbaum (1884-1946) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
He was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on June 15, 1936 to a seat created by 49 Stat. 1491. He was confirmed by the Senate on June 20th, and received commission on June 22nd. He served until his death on November 20, 1946.[1] Mandelbaum was succeeded in this position by Harold Medina.
