Samuel Neal Jr.
Samuel "Loyd" Neal Jr. is a former county judge for the Nueces County Court in Texas. He was elected to the position in 2006. He was re-elected on November 4, 2014, for a term that begins on January 1, 2015, and expired on December 31, 2018.[1][2][3]

Neal ran unopposed in the Republican primary for the Nueces County Court. He defeated Clarissa Gonzalez in the general election, winning 61.8% of the vote. [4][5]
Education
Neal earned a B.B.A. in marketing from Texas A&M University in 1959. He went on to graduate with an M.B.A. from Texas A&I University in 1973.[6]
