Samuel Parker was a 2018 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. Senate from Utah.[1] Parker was eliminated at the party convention on April 21, 2018.[2]

The Utah Democratic Party held a nominating convention on April 28, 2018. Jenny Wilson, a Salt Lake County councilwoman, was selected via convention with 81 percent of the vote.[3]
