Samuel T. Powell, III was a judge for the 9th Judicial Circuit in Virginia.[1] He served as a judge from 1988 until his retirement from the court on January 31, 2012.[2]
Education
Powell received his undergraduate degree from American University and his J.D. from the College of William and Mary School of Law.[3]
