Samuel Todd Spalding is a judge for the 11th Judicial Circuit in Kentucky.[1] He was elected in 2014 to an eight-year term commencing on January 5, 2015, and expiring on January 1, 2023. 

Spalding was to have faced Tim Cocanougher in the general election, but Cocanougher withdrew in July 2014 and left Spalding unopposed.[2]
