A yes vote was a vote in favor of authorizing the city to issue up to $450 million in bonds at an estimated tax rate of $0.08 per $1000 in assessed property value to fund housing primarily for individuals and households earning up to 80 percent of the area median income (AMI) as well as households earning up to 120 percent of the AMI. |
A no vote was a vote against authorizing the city to issue up to $450 million in bonds at an estimated tax rate of $0.08 per $1000 in assessed property value to fund housing primarily for individuals and households earning up to 80 percent of the area median income (AMI) as well as households earning up to 120 percent of the AMI. |
A two-thirds (66.67%) vote was required for approval of Measure V.
