A City of San Juan Bautista Appointed City Treasurer, Measure W ballot measure was on the November 4, 2008 ballot for voters in the City of San Juan Bautista in San Benito County, California, where it was defeated.
If Measure W had been approved, the role of city treasurer in the City of San Juan Bautista would have become an appointed position, rather than an elected position.
Measure X was on the same ballot. It, too, was defeated. It would have made the role of city clerk in the City of San Juan Bautista an appointed position.
