Measure B: "To continue to renovate and modernize its schools, upgrade restrooms, electrical, heating and plumbing systems; modernize classrooms; replace aging roofs, improve and expand San Leandro High School classrooms, library and facilities to reduce overcrowding, shall the San Leandro Unified School District be authorized to replace, renovate, acquire and construct school facilities, acquire school sites, issue $109 million in bonds at legal interest rates, with no funds for administrator salaries, and appoint an Independent Oversight Committee to monitor all bond expenditures?"[1] |
