Sandra DiBianco
Sandra DiBianco was an at-large member of the North Syracuse Central Board of Education in New York. She was first elected in 1988 and served on the board for 25 years before losing her re-election bid on May 21, 2013.[1] She ran unsuccessfully to return to the board in the general election on May 20, 2014.
