Corbin case recusual
In 2009, attorneys for Nassau County plaintiff Roger Corbin asked the clerk of court to require Judge Feuerstein to recuse herself from his case and re-assign it to another judge. Corbin's attorneys alleged that Judge Feuerstein had a political bias towards Corbin because the judge's husband had strong ties to the Republican Party of New York.[6]
