Sandra Gardner is a former judge for the Moffat County Court in Colorado, serving from 2006 to 2020.[1] She was appointed to the court in 2006 and was retained by voters in 2010 and 2014.  Gardner resigned from the court on August 1, 2020.[2]

Gardner was retained to the Moffat County Court, Colorado with 75.6 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [3] 

Judicial performance evaluation

The Colorado Commissions on Judicial Performance recommended that Judge Gardner be Retained. The full report is available here.

Gardner was retained in 2010 with 71.57% of the vote.[4]

Education

Gardner earned her undergraduate degree from Colorado Collage in 1985 and her J.D. from Emory University in 1991.[5]
