Sandra Hollins
Sandra Hollins (Democratic Party) is a member of the Utah House of Representatives, representing District 21. She assumed office on January 1, 2023. Her current term ends on January 1, 2027.
Hollins (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Utah House of Representatives to represent District 21. She won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
On November 24, 2025, Hollins announced she would not run for re-election to the Utah House of Representatives District 21 in 2026.[1]
Biography
Sandra Hollins earned a B.S. in business management from the University of Phoenix and an M.S. in social work from the University of Utah in 2004. Her career experience includes working as a licensed clinical social worker, a homeless strategist and outreach coordinator for the Salt Lake City Corporation, and the director of social services for One Voice Recovery. Hollins became a member of the National Association of Social Workers and the Fair Park Community Council.[2][3]
