Mann ran in the 2012 election for Oregon House District 12. Mann was defeated by John Lively in the Democratic primary on May 15. Joe Pishioneri ran unopposed in the Republican primary. The general election took place on November 6, 2012. Incumbent Democrat Elizabeth Terry Beyer did not seek re-election.[1]
