Sandra McKenzie was a judicial candidate for Texas District 24 in 2012.

Education

McKenzie received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and earned her J.D. from the South Texas College of Law.[1]

Career

McKenzie has been an attorney and mediator for 27 years. After finishing law school, she became a clerk to a judge of the U.S. District Court, and later served as an Assistant Texas Attorney General. For the last 15 years, McKenzie has worked in private practice.[1]

2012 election

McKenzie ran for election to the 24th District Court and was defeated by challenger Jack W. Marr.[2]
