2015
Garber completed a voter guide profile for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch:
| “ | What are your top priorities for the district?
To continue to inform/stop the Common Core curriculum completely in the district, stop further spending on CC testing, stop data mining of our children. To continue to stay informed re: HB #1490 curriculum committees. To keep taxes from rising, monitor land purchases/building projects and press the district for more transparency. Budget needs salary, spending reform now. Why are you qualified to serve in this office? In this critical time of budget constraints, I fully understand the needs of the district and have cost-saving ideas of how we can bring the common-sense conservative principles/values to the table for all taxpayers while focusing on quality education and a safe learning environment. I stand up for you.[6] |
