Sandy Huckabee
Sandy Huckabee is the Division 3 circuit judge of the Twenty-Third Circuit of Arkansas. He has held this seat, which was vacated when Barbara Elmore won a seat in Division 1, since January 1, 2009. He was re-elected to the Twenty-Third Circuit on May 20, 2014 for a term expiring in 2020. Huckabee is the son-in-law of retired circuit judge Lance Hanshaw, also of Lonoke County.[1][2][3][4][5]

Education
Huckabee received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas. He earned his J.D. at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.[2]
Career
Before becoming a circuit judge, Huckabee was a certified mediator. He previously held a private law practice and was a military attorney. He was admitted to the bar in 1988.[6][2]
