She understands that improving healthcare access and affordability is not just a policy issue; it is a matter of life and death for families like hers. - Sarah recognizes the importance of a robust defense infrastructure, not only for safeguarding our nation but also for fostering economic growth and job creation within Mississippi. The state is home to several key military installations, including Keesler Air Force Base and the Naval Construction Battalion Center in Gulfport. Additionally, Mississippi’s Ingalls Shipbuilding, located in Pascagoula, plays a crucial role in the construction of naval vessels, making it a vital asset to both our state's economy and our national defense strategy. Strengthening our national defense ensures these facilities remain vital contributors to our local economies, providing stable employment and supporting businesses throughout the region.
