Sarah B. Wallace
Sarah B. Wallace is a judge of the Colorado 2nd Judicial District. Wallace assumed office on January 10, 2023. Wallace's current term ends on January 12, 2027.
Governor Jared Polis (D) appointed Wallace to the court to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of judge Ross Buchanan.[1]
Noteworthy cases
Anderson v. Griswold
On November 17, 2023, Wallace ruled that former President Donald Trump is eligible to remain on Colorado's 2024 presidential ballot.[2][3]
