Sarah Freeman was a member of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission. Freeman assumed office on February 9, 2017. Freeman left office on October 17, 2025.

Freeman was appointed to the commission by Governor Mike Pence (R) on September 19, 2016.[1][2] Gov. Eric Holcomb (R) reappointed Freeman on December 29, 2017.

Freeman previously worked as a senior staff attorney for the Legislative Services Agency, as a deputy attorney general, and as a judicial clerk for the Indiana Supreme Court.[1][2]

Freeman was appointed to the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission on September 19, 2016, by Gov. Mike Pence (R). She served for the remainder of former Commissioner Carolene Mays' term, which expired on December 31, 2017.[1][2]

On December 29, 2017, Gov. Eric Holcomb (R) reappointed Freeman.
