A Saugatuck Township Levy Increase measure was on the May 4, 2010 ballot in the township of Saugatuck, which is in Allegan County.

This measure sought to implement a .5 mill increase in local property taxes in order to help pay for legal costs of challenging the development of the Denison property within the township. The results of this measure had gone through legal battles, recounts and now a judge officiated the final results, noting that the measure was approved and the results will stand as they have been counted.[1]
