Scherie Murray
Scherie Murray (Republican Party) ran for election to the U.S. House to represent New York's 14th Congressional District. She did not appear on the ballot for the Republican primary on June 23, 2020.
Murray was a 2015 Republican special election candidate for District 29 of the New York State Assembly.[1] She lost to Alicia Hyndman (D) in the special election.

A special election for the position of New York State Assembly District 29 was called for November 3.
The seat was vacant following William Scarborough's (D) resignation on May 7, 2015, as part of a plea agreement on federal corruption charges.[2]
Alicia Hyndman (D) defeated Scherie Murray (R) in the special election.[1] Murray also ran on the Reform Party ticket.[3][4]
