| “ | Shall the Board of Education of Brookwood School District Number 167, Cook County, Illinois, build and equip an elementary school building, demolish an existing school building and construct site improvements and issue bonds of said School District to the amount of $15,800,000 for the purpose of paying the costs thereof?[2] | ” |
