Schwarz joins race for South Central judgeship

North Dakota: Todd Schwarz announced that he plans to run for the position of North Dakota South Central Judicial District judge in the June 8, 2010 primary election. Cynthia Feland and Parrell Grossman will also be competing for this position, which will be vacated by Robert O. Wefald on December 31, 2010.^[1]^[2]
