Scott A. Ramsey (Ohio)
Scott Ramsey is a former member of the Toledo City Council in Ohio, representing District 4. He was appointed to the council on March 3, 2015, following the appointment of Paula Hicks-Hudson to the office of Mayor of Toledo in February 2015.[1]
