Scott Ramsey is a former member of the Toledo City Council in Ohio, representing District 4. He was appointed to the council on March 3, 2015, following the appointment of Paula Hicks-Hudson to the office of Mayor of Toledo in February 2015.[1]

One seat was up for election. In District 4, Yvonne Harper defeated incumbent Scott A. Ramsey, Ruth Ashford and Alfonso R. Narvaez.[2][3]
