Scott Aspenlieder
Scott Aspenlieder was a 2012 Republican candidate for Montana Secretary of State in the 2012 election. He lost to Brad Johnson in the June 5, 2012 primary election.[1]
Biography
Aspenlieder, a fourth generation Montanan, grew up in Culbertson. His father was the fire chief and high school football coach, and his mother served on the school board for 20 years. Growing up, Aspenlieder was an Eagle Scout, FFA Chapter President, and community volunteer. While studying bio-resource engineering at Montana State University, Aspenlieder worked as a butcher and football coach. Currently, Aspenlieder works in the Helena office of WWC Engineering.[2]
