Scott Avedisian
Scott Avedisian was a potential Republican candidate for Lieutenant Governor of Rhode Island in the 2014 elections.
Biography
Avedisian is the 15th Mayor of the City of Warwick. He was first elected in February 2000 and has been re-elected since, making him the longest serving mayor in the city's history. He has served as a page to former U.S. Senator John Chafee, a legislative aide for the Rhode Island Senate, and Deputy Campaign Manager for Rhode Island Governor Lincoln Almond.[1]
