Scott Becker joins 219th District Court

Texas: A new judge will join the 219th District Court of Texas on October 5, 2010. Scott Becker was appointed to this position by Gov. Perry after defeating Angela Tucker in the GOP Primary runoff election earlier in 2010. Becker's appointment will expire on January 1, 2011, when he will become the elected judge. He is currently an assistant district attorney in Collin County.[1][2]
