My faith is central to who I am. I believe in God and strive to live with humility, compassion, and respect for others. My faith influences how I raise my family and how I serve those around me. As a husband, father, and stepfather, I understand the importance of strong families and believe communities are strongest when parents are empowered and government stays focused on its essential responsibilities.
I proudly served in the United States Army as an Airborne Infantryman. While stationed at Fort Myer, I served on a ceremonial casket team at Arlington National Cemetery and participated in Operation Noble Eagle following the September 11th terrorist attack at the Pentagon. My military service instilled in me a deep respect for the Constitution, our Flag, teamwork, and selfless service. I am running to represent District 64 with honesty, steady leadership, and a commitment to the community I have proudly called home for decades.- Protecting the Innocent Protecting the innocent is a core moral duty of any just society. It means recognizing the inherent dignity and worth of every human life and ensuring that laws and institutions exist first to safeguard those who cannot protect themselves. This principle calls for restraint in the use of power, fairness in the justice system, and policies that prioritize safety, accountability, and compassion. A society is ultimately judged by how it treats its most vulnerable, and protecting the innocent reflects a commitment to justice rooted in both moral responsibility and the rule of law.
- Serving Our Veterans Serving our veterans is about honoring a promise made to those who have risked their lives in defense of the nation. It goes beyond words or symbolic gestures and requires meaningful support—access to quality healthcare, mental health services, job opportunities, and a smooth transition back into civilian life. Veterans carry unique burdens from their service, and a grateful nation has a duty to ensure they are not forgotten once the uniform comes off. Respecting veterans means ensuring their sacrifices are met with action, accountability, and long-term commitment.
- Leading with a Constitutional Conviction Leading with a constitutional conviction means grounding decisions in the principles, limits, and freedoms outlined in the Constitution. It reflects a belief that government power should be restrained, clearly defined, and exercised with humility. This approach values individual liberty, equal protection under the law, and the separation of powers as safeguards against overreach. Constitutional conviction is not about convenience or politics—it is about consistency, fidelity to the rule of law, and preserving the freedoms entrusted to each generation.
