Scott Cornelius was a candidate for the District 12 seat on the Metro Council of Baton Rouge in Louisiana. He was defeated in the primary election on November 8, 2016.
Biography
Cornelius earned a B.A. in geography from Louisiana State University. He has worked as a transportation planner with the Capitol Area Transit System since 2015.[1]

Scraping the existing Euclidean zoning system in favor of a new Form-Based Code will improve the development response to infrastructure projects. Investment in Alternative Modes enables more people to make trips without getting in their cars. Demand Management is a broad term that generally means we must come up with ways to get more cars off of the roads. The last element is to widen and lengthen roads, because we need to make sure our expensive road projects don't fuel further increases in traffic congestion. Crime
