Scott Donaldson was a former judge of the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals. He was appointed to the court by Governor Robert Bentley on January 15, 2013 and served until January 17, 2021.[1]

Education

Donaldson received his bachelor's degree in commerce and business administration from the University of Alabama in 1981, and received his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University, graduating cum laude in 1984.[2]

Career

Prior to his appointment to the Court of Civil Appeals, Donaldson served as a judge from 2003 to 2013 on Alabama's sixth judicial circuit court.[3] He also spent 18 years in private practice.[4]
