Scott Leehy

B. Scott Leehy is a judge of the 4th Judicial District, Division A in Louisiana (Ouachita and Morehouse Parishes). He was elected to this position on September 30, 2006, was sworn in on December 27 and took office on January 1, 2007.[1][2] He was re-elected in 2014 for a term beginning on January 1, 2015, and expiring on December 31, 2020.[3][4]

Education
Leehy received his bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe (then-called Northeast Louisiana University) and his J.D. from the Mississippi College School of Law.[5]
Career
Leehy worked as a Monroe City Court judge for 10 years prior to his election to the district court in 2006.[1]
