Biography
Scott McCoy received his undergraduate degree from University of Southern California and his J.D. from the University of Arizona College of Law. He worked for the firms of Jennings, Strouss & Salmon; Kirkland & Ellis; and Beus, Gilbert & Morill. He was also a clerk for Arizona Supreme Court Judge James Moeller.[1]
