Scott Needham is a judge of the St. Croix County Circuit Court in Wisconsin.

Needham was elected to the bench in 1994 and re-elected in 2000, 2006, and 2012.[1][2] Needham serves as the chief judge of the 10th Judicial District. He was first appointed to this position in 2011, and was most recently reappointed to another two-year term in 2015, effective August 1.[3]

Education

Needham earned his B.A. from Carthage College and his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School.[4]

Career

Before his election to the court in 1994, Needham worked in private practice for 16 years.[5]

  • Past chair of the Criminal Jury Instruction Committee[5]

2012 election

Judge Needham ran unopposed and was re-elected to a fourth term on the St. Croix County Circuit Court, Branch 3.[6][5]
