Scott Neuman
Scott Neuman was a 2014 Democratic-Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 4th Congressional District of New Jersey.[1] Neuman was defeated by incumbent Chris Smith (R) in the general election on November 4, 2014.[2]
