April 17, 2025: Sixty-nine percent (69%) of voters say they will celebrate Easter this year. A Napolitan News Service national survey conducted by RMG Research found that 23% will not celebrate.

The survey also found 36% will celebrate Easter primarily as a religious holiday, 13% will celebrate it as a secular holiday, and 19% will celebrate it as both. Thirty-one percent (31%) were not asked, as they either were not going to celebrate or were not sure if they would.

Methodology

The survey of 1,000 registered voters was conducted online by Scott Rasmussen on April 9-10, 2025. Fieldwork for the survey was conducted by RMG Research, Inc. Certain quotas were applied, and the sample was lightly weighted by geography, gender, age, race, education, internet usage, and political party to reasonably reflect the nation’s population of registered voters. Other variables were reviewed to ensure that the final sample is representative of that population. The margin of sampling error for the full sample is +/- 3.1 percentage points.
