August 27, 2025: Seventy-four percent (74%) of voters say both political parties bend the rules to help their own parties when designing Congressional districts. A Napolitan News Service national survey conducted by RMG Research found 14% disagree.

The survey also found 64% would favor a proposal that would require the share of Republicans and Democrats elected in a state to closely match the share of votes cast for each party in the election. Twenty-three percent (23%) would oppose such a proposal.
