December 27, 2018: Nineteen of the 20 most expensive ZIP codes in the United States are located in California. Not only that, but all of the 50 most expensive ZIP codes are found in either California or New York.[1]

The five most expensive ZIP codes are 94301 (Palo Alto, California), 10013 (New York, New York), 94022 (Los Altos, California), 94024 (Los Altos, California), and 90210 (Beverly Hills, California).
