December 27, 2024: Two states, Florida and Louisiana, enacted bills that relate to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) in 2024. In Florida, a bill was passed to increase the age at which individuals would age out of work requirements for the Able-Bodied Adult Without Dependents (ABAWD) SNAP.
