Scott Rasmussen's Number of the Day for February 24, 2023

February 24, 2023: Sixty-nine percent (69%) of voters say that Russia is generally a force for evil in the world. A Scott Rasmussen national survey found that just 6% say Russia is a force for good.
The survey also found that 77% of voters have unfavorable views of Vladimir Putin, including 64% whose views are very unfavorable. Just 10% have favorable opinions, and these numbers are broadly consistent across all demographic and political groups.
Methodology
The survey of 1,000 Registered Voters was conducted online by Scott Rasmussen on February 14-16, 2023. Field work for the survey was conducted by RMG Research, Inc. Certain quotas were applied, and the sample was lightly weighted by geography, gender, age, race, education, internet usage, and political party to reasonably reflect the nation’s population of Registered Voters. Other variables were reviewed to ensure that the final sample is representative of that population.
The margin of sampling error for the full sample is +/- 3.1 percentage points.
