February 4, 2025: Fifty-eight (58) minor party candidates received more votes than the margin of victory in the 2024 federal, state, and local elections. This is more than the 56 that were recorded in 2022, but fewer than in 2020, when 77 were recorded. Of these 58, 12 were in congressional races, 17 in statewide office elections, 28 in state-level district elections, and one in a local election.
