June 10, 2019: Forty-one percent (41%) of American adults pray daily. A ScottRasmussen.com national survey found that another 22% pray at least once a week.[1]

At the other extreme, 15% rarely or never pray.

In terms of their daily life, 68% consider their religion important. Thirty-four percent (34%) read the Bible or another religious text at least once a week.
