June 11, 2019: A ScottRasmussen.com national survey found that 31% of voters believe Facebook has generally been good for the United States while 34% think it’s been bad.[1]
Those numbers represent a decline for the company over the past six months. Last November, 45% thought Facebook had been good for the country while 35% said bad.
Other tech giants are viewed in more favorable terms. Sixty-seven percent (67%) of voters believe Amazon has been good for the United States while just 8% believe it’s been bad.
As for Google, 60% say it’s been good for the country while 8% hold the opposite view.
